A clean and spacious stay! Recently renovated room complete with great amenities like wi-fi, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The staff was personable and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. Perfect location at an excellent price too! A pleasant surprise close to attractions.

proximity to the event that i was attending over the weekend

no entrance rug to put wet shoes and no Kleenex. Thin walls - could easily hear the neighbours. Would recommend the motel as long as it is recognized that the motel provides a basic level of accommodation. Ear plugs recommended. The wedding chapel part may be oversold.

The location was magnificent and perfect for destinations we were going to. Popped in Tgi Friday's for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

It was so relaxing to unwind with a hot bath after exploring all day. Just a heads up, the fridge could've been a bit stronger, but overall, we loved it 🛁

We got a room with a Jacuzzi. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were available in a handy kitchenette. The location was reasonable for Niagara Falls, so close to the center of the attractions, Canada and good restaurants. Had brunch in the Applebee's Restaurant, located nearby.

Its definitely the best bang for your bucks. Great location as it is at the corner of the main street and very close to all the attractions/restaurants (Casino and the Falls are very close by). We were there to check out the new Convention Center which is practically next door to this establishment (short cut via back door of the convention is even nearer). The staffs were helpful! To our surprise, they waived our 15 minutes long distance call fee. Coffee maker and kitchenette set in the room saved us a lot. Very clean and would highly recommend this motel to all! easy access to falls and great dining options nearby

I loved being only about 1.5 km from the fine Horseshoe Falls, super easy to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the park views along the way. There were amazing restaurants like Outback Steakhouse just a short walk away for a delicious meal after a day of exploring.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was quiet, had stunning location close enough to the Falls. The queen room was attractive, included a bath tub and shower facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi.

The Staff Was Very Friendly, and helpful when we needed things

They should have a store inside the lobby to buy gifts, cigarettes and snacks, there was signs saying internet cafe but there was no internet cafe also there were signs saying vending machines and they only had one pop machine, the rooms were very small as well and the TV's were tiny, also they should have pay movies or at least a dvd player so people can watch movies

The Jacuzzi next to the bed was enjoyable, while the outdated furniture disappointed.

We were looking for a Motel within a reasonable walking distance to Niagara Falls and Casinos. We found that within the Ritz.

I would come here again, really enjoyed the hotel. Quiet, LUXURY venue, there's clean pool and location is amazing within walking distance of the falls.

close to the casino

far tourist attractions , very old, needs to be modernized. should not even advertize th =e fireplace, that was laughable.
